HEARTBEAT

In the painting "Heartbeat", the dancer taps her foot to the rhythm of lively music. Her red dance costume harmonizes with the swaying of her ponytail.
When "Heartbeat" is hung beside the painting ”Sunlit”, they together form a heart. Both dancers' hands are raised upward, creating a receptive bowl for the whispers of the world.
Although each painting stands beautifully on its own, they are sold together as a diptych, perfect for spaces like hotels or restaurants where their sunlight-inspired warmth can brighten many hearts.
The artwork was on display in the window of my studio at Ikkunagalleria Elli in the "Dialog: La Danse" art exhibition from March 7th to April 28th, 2024.
