Located within the historic red brick walls of Walleniuksen Wapriikki, a former shoe factory in Juupajoki, the 2021 solo exhibition LUONNON SYLEILY || NATURE'S EMBRACE offered a sanctuary of presence. Artist Elli Maanpää explored the healing power of Mother Earth through a series of evocative paintings. The collection centered on the idea that when we are truly present with all our senses, nature embraces us with comfort, joy, and energy—a restorative experience that art can also provide.
