In English: Free sketching is a source of relaxation, inspiration, and joy for me. It's a way to bring forth ideas I didn't even know existed. It also acts as a compass in the midst of emotional storms. Most often, it involves grabbing pencils, colored pencils, and the nearest piece of paper at hand.
