In the heart of Helsinki, I live my artist life fueled with contemporary design and vibrant expression. As a painter turned designer, I pour my soul into each piece, infusing them with happiness and color. From cute drawings to bold strokes, every artwork exudes the charm of Helsinki's creative spirit.
Art prints in my shop are crafted with care and attention to detail. First, I scan my figurative paintings and compose them in Adobe Photoshop to ensure that the print replicates the original painting. Then, they are printed on museum-quality giclée on acid-free matte paper. I order a test print first to ensure top-notch quality. Customers have given reviews stating that "the print looks just like the painting," which is my aim every time. This way, you can truly experience each brushstroke of vibrant color, just like in the original painting.
I've decided to keep my prints at a very reasonable price so that they are available to everyone. This meant finding partners to handle the printing and shipping for me. More about that below. It also means that the prints are not signed by hand by me. But rest assured: they are very much loved by my still. While all the paintings and designs are born in Helsinki, they come to life through print-on-demand technology at the nearest printing house to you. We have printing houses in Latvia and across the globe. This ensures ecological responsibility, allowing only the prints that have a home to be made, and they don't need to travel across the globe to get to you. Moreover, it offers convenience, as national shipping is way faster than international, enabling you to enjoy art while reducing environmental impact.
As a visual artist, it also allows me to focus on what I do best: imagining and creating new paintings. I have no illusion that I'd be the best at everything, such as getting the printer working and matching the colors as they appear on screen. Shipping original paintings already takes a slice of my time from creation, so I'm grateful that I can have people helping with my print shop.
